Irontax is seeking an experienced Senior Appraiser who will be responsible for all aspects of appraisals from start to completion – including but not limited to inspection, research, valuing assets, report creation and report delivery. As part of our team, you will be expected to actively support and collaborate with your colleagues. This includes assisting team members with tasks outside of your immediate role, sharing knowledge and expertise, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Provide full analytical support for on-going and new valuations, which includes due diligence, analysis, and data collection ensuring the accuracy of supplied information.
