Job Summary:We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near Connecticut or Western Massachusetts to join our team of senior MAI-designated professionals, operating out of our Hartford, CT office. This role will cover diverse commercial property types within these submarkets. You’ll gain hands-on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning.
