This is an appraisal trainee position under the supervision of professional appraisal employees within the Right-of-Way Bureau of the Alabama Department of Transportation. This position requires a detailed-oriented person that would assist the senior appraisers in researching and preparing appraisal reports for a variety of property types, and according to t he Alabama Eminent  Domain law.
