Established commercial appraisal firm in Carlsbad CA looking for experienced residential and/or commercial appraiser for Carlsbad office (ideally, MAI, SRA or advanced candidate).  This office does appraisals, but also acquisition, syndication, development/re-development as well as management of our existing real estate portfolio.  Owner plans to shift more time towards acquisition/development and is looking for someone to take on appraisal and internal-review work.

Applicant must detail oriented, positive, and self-motivated but most importantly must care about doing good work. Opportunty for expert witness work is available if applicant is interested.
