We are seeking an appraiser to join our team in Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will be either a CG or CR looking to transition licenses. Your primary responsibility will be report production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing precise and thorough appraisals for our clients.

• Certified General (CG) or Certified Residential (CR) license preferred; trainee will be considered if they are able to meet other criteria
