Cole Consulting specializes in real estate holdings, management, mid-size to complex commercial valuation, consulting and valuation projections ranging up to billions in lending dollars. The Ideal Candidate should have strong computer literacy, strong math, critical thinking, writing skills and a genuine interest in becoming a licensed commercial real estate appraiser.
Tasks include: Learning and executing the appraisal process, data entry, market analysis, write ups of analysis, taking photographs, fact checking, editing and interviewing brokers

Preferred candidates have a significant interest in community development and social equity reform. They should have experience in valuation or analytics, or have some appraiser trainee courses completed. Candidates showing dedication and fortitude to obtain higher licensure are given highest consideration.

Appraisal is a hands-on industry that involves intense co-working with peers and supervisors. This firm is on-location training, only. Remote work is not available.
