Job Purpose: The purpose of the Appraisal Director is to create an unassailable appraisal report that can beeasily understood by the client by reviewing each appraisal report, sending the appraisal to the client, managingthe client survey, and managing the appraisal team.A successful Appraisal Director will supervise and manage the appraisal team (Commercial and ResidentialAppraisers, Analysts, and Inspectors) to produce timely high-quality appraisals that are consistently error-free.They will utilize their subject matter expertise as a source of knowledge for their junior associates (Commercialand Residential Appraisers, Analysts, and Inspectors), and they pride themselves on always deliveringoutstandi
