BBG is seeking full-time valuation template designers. The template designers will be part of BBG’s IT team, reporting to the template administrator. They will interact with appraisal staff and managers to collect and prioritize feedback and requested upgrades, and will design efficient solutions and workflows within Microsoft Excel and Word documents. They will also work with BBG’s internal software development group in upgrading existing templates or creating new ones, and they will perform quality control of new and existing template modules.
This is a full-time position that will receive all typical BBG benefits and may be up to 100% remote. Some travel will be required, particularly if the applicant is located outside the Denver area. Salary range is dependent on experience. All applicants must have at least two years of commercial appraisal valuation experience (analyst roles are acceptable experience), with knowledge of a range of property types and valuation types being preferred. Strong experience with Microsoft products is also required, though applicants need not have coding or macro-writing experience.
