The Senior Appraiser is responsible for appraisal assignment engagement, process management and appraisal administration, and review of appraisals required across the organization. Under limited supervision, this job understands the scope of a particular assignment, ensures compliance with appraisal policies and procedures, reviews appraisal reports in detail, and reports value conclusions to team members and/or internal clients.
