Overview: VMG Health is currently seeking a Real Estate Appraiser (Analyst or Senior Analyst) to join our Real Estate Valuation Division in our Denver or Dallas office. Real Estate Appraisers at VMG Health support all members of the Real Estate Valuation Division on a variety of healthcare-related real estate engagements. Primary responsibilities will be data collection, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and report writing.

Essential duties include the following:
Gather information and data during site visits including lease agreements, site plans, square footage, and any other data or information required to thoroughly provide the contracted product to the client
Perform various real property analyses including market research, excel modeling, due diligence, and report writing
Review own work and that of teammates to ensure quality of product
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited college/university required
Interest, background, or prior experience in real estate (prior experience with commercial real estate appraisal preferred, though not required)
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
