Education
- 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors in engineering, mathematics, real estate, or other applicable area
- Minimum five years of experience
- Eight years or more of experience preferred
Skills
- Experience with real and personal property valuation, including building construction and machinery identification, along with an ability to understand complex manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Self-starter and able to handle ad hoc assignments
- Membership/Accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or similar valuation organization is desirable
