Real estate valuation company seeking a Certified General Appraiser with experience in agriculture or desire to learn this valuation type. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and capable of completing high quality commercial appraisals in a timely manner utilizing a full technology suite. Additionally, the individual must be career-oriented and have a strong desire to advance. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or be near completion of obtaining a license. We have open positions in Portland, Oregon as well as Washington and California.
Specific requirements for this position include:
· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.
· Certified General Appraiser.
· MAI or ARA designation a plus or a candidate seeking them in the near future.
· Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
· Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
