Property tax consulting firm that works nationwide seeks a full-time Valuation Manager with appraisal or valuation experience to assist with property valuations and consultations. Duties include but are not limited to: preparation and review of valuation analyses utilizing income, market or cost approach to value; research and confirm data; negotiate appeal settlements with tax authorities; prepare and present evidence at county and state board hearings; communicate with clients.

Two to three years appraisal experience desired. Familiarity with cost segregation studies helpful but not necessary. Must be able to handle multiple assignments, manage workflow to meet deadlines, think creatively and analytically, and work well with valuation and administration teams. Should possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and have familiarity with other MS Office programs and Adobe.
